I have not seen it on SI, but I've only a member for 5 weeks.

However, the membership contracts cover the topic specifically, and Joe is right on track mentioning the SEC.

Anyone else want to pile on and help drive PE Allen out of here?

I think it can't be done. I know of a poster who posts dozens of times a day and whose posts drive many people so crazy they stop visiting threads to avoid her. Many many have begged webmistress for help. She says if the person isn't abusive or obscene, nothing can be done except to ignore.
