Stitch,
>I am not all surprised by this warning.

Me either.

But of the 3 horsemen (APM, RDRT, KMAG) Kmag has the better looking balance sheet. In my liquidation model I see about 5.30 bucks a share compared to 2.25 for RDRT and 2.45 for APM. I worked this out before this anouncement when Kmag book was reported at 10.69 and the stock was priced at that. Looks like they just dropped book about halfway down to my bottom line. They seem to be doing the right things actually. I can't quite see why they still need all the remaining 1.2 million square feet of space, but shedding takes time.

Its early yet, but if one were into bottom fishing, this one looks like it could eventually rise from the deep. :o)

Best Regards.....Tom

PS.....in ref to that long looming Asian depression coming profile by the returning prof, did I get it right that the Malaysian folk are to take to their boats??? headed for where??? Indonesia maybe? Singapore? Thailand perhaps? Or are we carrying coals to Newcastle so to speak, heading for Vietnamese shores? :o)
