sure, but it was my belief that the fundamentals do not change so there is no necessary reason for it to be bullish, often,personally, in general i thought of it as dilutive, can't remember where i picked that up from,i found an interesting study on it,based on the semi strong efficient market hypothesis, are you familiar with it? for the thread it may be kinda a long but if you're interested i will post the highlights of the study. can you address why they are bullish? thanks milesov
