Fleming,

I don't want anyone to misunderstand my posts. Not trying to do anything in. So first I would like to say, I stand on tiles from Intile. This is a very upscale store for tiles. Nothing in that store is cheap looking, or cheap. Their display is wonderful. I get nothing but compliments over my choice of tile.

That being said, I don't know where that info came from about the .75 cent=company can sell restricted shares. Again no info but what is being said on the board.

Take away the hype, and look up what the company is actually saying,
in the press. Do the math with the loans they are getting to purchasing of these companies. Like the Intile deal, they bought shares that are selling for (Friday) at .46 for 8 cents. Not a bad deal, but to realize a profit, they have to sell those shares, unless they didn't tell us ALL about that deal.

But, I can't say anything about those .75 cent resticted shares because it was only mentioned in a former post. I wish this company would actually report to the SEC and then we'd know more.
