I haven't heard anything, but the Safeguard sell-off was overdue, in my opinion, based on valuation. It seems odd that Safeguard can maintain such a premium at the same time that its most recent rights offerings are having such trouble (OAOT, DOCC). I don't think there is anything specific to DocuCorp, just people unloading in an uncertain market.

Don't get me wrong, though, I'm just looking for a buying opportunity to increase my SFE holdings. I think this is a great long-term investment, and I'm excited by the pipeline.

More thoughts on possibilities for the next offering:
1) Safeguard splits shares 2-for-1.
2) In Q4 Safeguard offers The Intellisource Group with the same 1-for-5 ratio and $5 exercise price (thereby effectively offering two rights offerings at the same time).
3) Announce other creative strategies for 1999 and beyond.

Everyone get ready to buy more SFE if the price drops some more!
