And it is my understanding for IR that AMAT got upset about it!

But hey, TSIS has the right to divulge that kind of info, unless a non-disclosure agreement was signed, which apparently it was not.

ONE trade today of about 80,000 shares is what brought TSIS down. Wouldn't it be fun to know who it was who sold that large block? We had a whole morning of trades at the ask of .58, except for one small one at .57. Then almost exactly at 2:30 we had this large block go across at .56 followed up by a very small one at .54 and that set the tone for the rest afternoon. Volume so far this week is meaningless. Most are just taking a wait and see attitude. MM's can pretty much do whatever they want here with such light volume and no real direction. On balance I'd prefer this to any excess speculation in advance of the quarterly report. It is curious though that even with several trades going across this morning at .58 that the ask was never raised to .59.

Again, to reinterate what BarbaraT. has said. The upcoming financials are going to more important for the DIRECTION they show TSIS heading (meaning profitable) as opposed to blockbuster earnings. I think we've said that enough now, haven't we?
