Is there anything we can do to help confirm that a deal is imminent? Maybe another deeper probing call to Tom would be in order. Or a call to potential purchasers just to confirm they are positive about deal. This would go a long way to supporting share price. Eric

Iwas wondering if you would let me pick your brain on two subjects. 1st. who owns, or is responible for outstanding shares. I don't know the def. 2nd. How could my 12,300 and someone else's 5,000 shares move HDST one tenth? I've seen volume way higher with no movement.By the way, I know that FASC is dorment right now, but I think it's worth keeping an eye-on. I AM NOT SAYING BUY. I'm just saying that ,I think it may be worth a look once in awhile. thanks
