I believe that the universe was created by Yeshua in the beginning. That he created man and all the different animals fully formed. I admit that my faith is important to this belief. However, it is faith that can be shown to be consistent with science and nature, while evolution can be shown to be false. My goal in speaking with you is to guide you to challenge God to show this to you and to give you faith. John 1 1-3 IN the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things came into being through Him, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. Colossians 1 (15-17) He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities -- all things have been created through Him and for Him. He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together. I think that people confuse Evolution with Natural Selection. There are forces which work to change animals within their kind. But at no time did one species change into another. Of those four choices, I would have to take B, with the understanding that nature has an effect on kinds but at no time did Hydrogen slowly change into Man. Remember Greg, for you to argue for Naturalistic Evolution, this change must have taken place. I am not sure what to say about your last post but so far I must say that there are laws of Nature, i.e. Law of Gravity, of Motion, of Electromagnetism and Thermodynamics. If you are going to say these are only theories, you will be in very unscientific company. I believe Nature acts in many predictable ways and this is why we can aim spaceships at Mars and hit within feet of our chosen landing site. More later if you like but I must admit that your posts (probably mine too) say more about your world view than your interest in or understanding of science. My faith in God cannot be shaken without definitive proof. Your posts reflect the same level of faith in a self creating Universe and Intelligent Hydrogen. In Yeshua's Love, DLL
