It was expedias fault, as near as I can tell. Additionally, their organizations stinks. There are numerous user interface and process management books that would show them how to do it right. For instance, when presented with a list of cars with given terms ($29 a day, unlimited milage) after choosing one, it tells me the REAL terms ($35 a day, very limited milage). If you choose not to reserve anyway, it sends you ALL the way back to where you have to enter your travel dates again, and destinations and name etc. Dragonfly
