For the sake of accuracy : Sabrina only mentioned JV. She didn't mention takeover. To me, it's implicit should the right offer come along. I equate the two and shouldn't. Guy has only mentioned JV as well, never takeover. The only person I've heard ever acknowledge a takeover was welcome, if the offer was good enough, was Terry Turner on the Invest America TV show.

Let em' sell to get us to $3, but let the buyer then announce to get us to $30.

ps I would hope to see a 50% buy-in partner for the first leg-up to $3. This should give the needed funds and backing to then prove to the world to get our blast to $30.
