Yes, TXN is vulnerable and at the same time LU/MOT are monolithic giants who are damn slow with MOT having execution problems. This is what makes a market.

Going to get another glass of wine now.

Hello Sonki.

Things looked good this morning for the techs but they are losing some steam now. All this merger activity is making me take a good look at all my stocks. Everything is starting to get so intertwined that you really have to study hard to see if it affects your stocks. Besides those things you have mentioned, I am looking at this Sprint announcement. This put a little dent into my WCOM. We have to separate the boys from the men here. gg. What is telecommunication? What is networking? What is telecomm. equipment? What is hurting what and who is hurting who? And some cos. have all the above but to what extend?

With the market not doing much it is also an interesting concept to buy some stocks that are decent and have a takeover possibility at the same time. Unfortunately, I don't have much time lately. Right now I have a friend in town from Wash.State. His son had a tragic boating accident in San Diego and will be buried tomorrow in Arlington Natl. Cemetry. So my time on the net will be limited for a cpl more days

Sure hope that you are right on Intel. We could use some good news by July.

Sonny

P.S. Wow, things have turned for the worse. The market does not look pretty at this point.
