Paul, Of your three points (questions ?)I think the third has most potential for actually happening. This announcement should act like a wake-up call for LU and NT, making BAY that much more attractive. I'm betting a deal gets done soon (next 30 days). I say NT buys them out, CSCO buys CIEN and LU does ASND in October. (If I'm right I can refer to this post and pat myself on the back. If I'm wrong, nobody will remember so who cares !!) I currently own CSCO and CIEN but have no position in BAY. Cheers, Peppe
