One of the most intelligent posts I've read. Intelligently written without emotion.

Any comments on the Shareholder Rights Plan mailed out?

Is there any reason not to vote in favour? The possible risks
described of entrenching management or placing the decision as to
whether a bid is acceptable in their hands are only a concern
if they don't have your vote of confidence.

Has there been any further news on that unfortunate incident in Angola, as you are in regular contact with SUF management? I believe that it would be a good idea if there was some clarification on this issue.

These analysts that you are referring to, are these the same ones who put the projected share value a $ 20 plus dollars including the M1. If the value of the M1 is to be discounted as put forward by some, then the share value at present is accurate.

The contents of their Financial report ( production problems), the possible problems in Angola and SUF's lost battle with the heirs is an indication that all is not well with SUF. I have no idea why SUF would
state that their production capacity is 2000 tons per day when this in fact is not the case.

I believe SUF should come clean on this whole debacle.
