<How can you fire Ira after performance like that?>

Excuse me, I believe Ira had a medical condition with his
heart. Do you have facts that indicate otherwise?

I won't post any more. I feel sad some MM's Internet representatives like Little Chicken have been so relentless to disseminate so much misinformation on this thread and some people believe they have some points. I feel it's time to sell. Unlike the bashers and MM's Internet representatives, I don't want to fool you, I just want to get some cheap shares. I know I am one of the newbies who believe FAMH has a lot of potential and still don't know how to make money from stock investment. In this game, some people are going to win and some people are going to lose. When we take a loss, market makers will gain the most

Nobody here is wasting his/her time. We are making money one way or another. Wake up, folks! Investors make moeny by risking our hard earned moeny, while MM's Internet representatives make money by posting misleading information. One post may be worth $50-200. Of course, they need to do some "DD". But the intention is to confuse people!

I totally agree on the calculation of net profits, however, to compare similar companies within an industry it is better to look at pretax margin. If you are investing in a particular company, of course you want to know the bottom line...net profit.

Bernard Haldane Associates Inc. (symbol BHAL) has the highest pretax margin in the industry @ 28.47% (yes, I know, its not net profits), while the industry average is 4.244%.

I will wait until the audited Financials are verified by "Corso and crew" and released to the public before I will decide the fate of my shares (No matter how long the wait).

Regards,

Revisted your post #20269 Message 4694000

<<Cents: Net profits occur after taxes are subtracted.

Net profit margin for SCBI: 6.8%.

Please note that employee leasing (bulk of FAMH revenues for this year) generally carries a much lower net profit margin.

I'm looking forward to the 1997 numbers, in which FAMH claims they had a 25% net profit margin ($2.2 MM net on $8.5
MM revenue), which may be the best any listed staffing company has done in history, assuming these come from
recurring operations, which Ira stated, and no other company officer has disputed.

How can you fire Ira after performance like that?>>

Ira must have meant Gross Margin not Net profit margin. The industry average is 22.91%.
The press release dated 5/8/98 (Business Wire) has the pro forma Income Statement for 1998-2003 you can calculate the NPM.

(000's) 1998 1999 2000 2001 2002 2003
Sales 80,288 92,331 105,257 117,888 132,035 146,559
Net Income 4,861 4,808 6,598 8,227 9,618 11,106
Net Profit Margin 6.05% 5.21% 6.27% 6.98% 7.28% 7.58%

Gross Profit Margin 13.88% 13.88% 14.64% 15.40% 15.48% 15.55%
