In regard to the various worries raised I am very confident about EDII. They have a number of acquisitions that they are working on and that is how they are building the company. The PR or IR guys ususally work out of their homes or wherever. In fact I would like to find one with an office. I think that their increase in market cap enables them to make more significant acquisitions. I watch and observe who says what and why on the posts. I also subscribe to many newsletters. I can't think of a penny stock in the last six months with more optimism going forward. I just read another one tonight where the writer has his neck stuck out so far I was amazed. This guy is very careful and sucessful. I have never seen him so optimistic on a stock. If EDII does not go past $1 this week alot of people will be very humble. It is tough to get details on pennys, I have confidence in EDII based on a wide variety of factors. I think that we will see significant news wed or thur of this week and the stock will reflect said news.

Do you have any reason to believe there will be any good news other than what has been posted by the company?>> I don't know any specifics.. all I know is that the company has some things they would like to share with investors and that the rumors are that it could be very soon... positive stuff. << Why can't people just believe and work with what the company is saying? For example: How many shares are outstanding, what was the company's last report. What was the price per share of profit/loss?>> Financials for the period ending Dec 31, 1997 are be finalized by the auditors and hopefully we'll see them soon.. Company has indicated that a good profit has been shown and this is BEFORE any of the recent deals that have taken place to add even more profitability to the company.. this is my understanding anyway.. I can't remember shares outstanding.. I believe the float is about 19million.. maybe less... Kevin can you confirm the shares out/float? jim Does anyone here have these answers? Has anyone invested in this company have the financials? I've sent away to the company for this information. And I've asked them to give me the info on the Galveston land, just the info on section, lot & block. I have no reason to question the veracity of this company just because their home office is in their house.
