Spot on Ron. They should be profitable this quarter and this year for the first time ever. As I have previously said, they should limit the revenue they recognise this quarter and therefore this year so that they can show increasing profitability for next quarter and hopefully for FY99. With regard to the noteholders, I tend to agree with your synopsis. There are others who point out that the note may be held by a syndicate of individuals who are geographically diverse and would therefore not be likely to act in concert. Initially I subscribed to this notion but the more I see the action in the stock the more I tend to believe that concerted shorting is taking place to maximise the return to the noteholders. And either they will get their way, convert and the price will then take off, or even better, because there is nothing quite like the smell of a pair of Gucci silk shorts burning !, the price will get away from them, they will then revert to panic cover mode and hey presto all hell lets lose. But either way the noteholders are on to a good thing. Time will tell, but for once I think that my gut feeling is right. regards, Del.
