Regis, MRVC is involved with fiber-optic and cable-tv multiplexing (in addition to their well-known network switching) and I feel should be able to benefit from the type of system Sprint outlined in today's Wall Street Journal. Although Cisco is working with Sprint on this project (called ION by Sprint, aka "FastBreak"), I believe there may be room for MRVC as well (either here or with competing systems), and further feel that this type of system will accelerate the push for "fiber-optic to the curb", where MRVC should also benefit. I don't view MRVC as being "excluded" from any particular communications technology (including xdsl based technology). My point was that I believe MRVC can be a participant in the type of technology (or related) mentioned by Sprint today, whether or not they have the actual products ready to go at this point.
