Of course it happens. It happened last quarter. It is in the income statement. Unless you are charging that their income statement is a sham.

Chuckie, precisely what fallout do you envision? The only thing I can see (outside of rapidly falling component prices which benefits Dell) is general business lethargy that will inevitably result from poor sales to one of the US's major trading partners. But this is a secondary effect, and is no different from what the local business forms store will see.
