You guys are way ahead of me there, but not on good info. MRV is producing digital modems 'ey? Those are going to be HOT sellers. And since it is a "completely" new brand of modem, it will be different than upgrading from a 33-6 to 56K. I wonder when, or if, it is going to be available for the home. Oh well, off to the gym. But before I leave, many of you may disagree, but I think that fiber is the wave of the future. The demand for bandwidth will become insatiable. It's either fiber or some form of satellite transmission. The problem with cable, and correct me if I am wrong, but the more bandwidth you are asked to transmit over the same line, the slower the connection gets. Please correct me if I am wrong.
