Pete, IPM is a technical scam. No metal shows, thereare explanations about how it is hidden in complex metallurgy, microfine or whatever, theassayers tell me that they can assay Au/Pt in any mix. The fireassays are supposed to miss it? What is magical about a fireassay? It is cheap and low tech is all. More exotic assay methods that are sure fire to confirm the absence of the Au/Pt are not used.
A cloud of flim flammery surrounds it. Reputable people are hired and their terms of engagement are not made public(for who knows what valid reasons? Are there any?, you hire a company to do a job, why is that work contract a secret? Thus I conclude they were tasked obliquely and just used for window dressing)
Any miner with a surfaceexpression would allow anyone to gather and sample under supervision representative samples, not IPM.

So I conclude that IPM is trying to appeal to peoples ignorance and greed with a plan that the professionals can see through but the common man is prey to. In American folk-lore the old prospector who finds something where the big boys failed has a following in the "wish upon a star group" . So they enrobe this patch of dirt in emperors clothes of pure gold and platinum the bumb dunnies eat it up, they just gobble it up. They try to make their statements sufficiently vague and say that it is a speculation to avoid the fraud lawsuits. They will have some reports and assays to blame when the fit hits the shan and they engage in a fingerpointing exercise. And lastly they lease their expensivecars and rent their houses and have no siezable assets(except maybe in Florida where homesteads cannot be taken, a common crooks hideout)
Right now buy some, at 20 cents you will make a fortune on the next turn of the screw, when and if it occurs. Note the property is indirectly held and can boink to another shell in a heartbeat, leaving even those 20 cent shares worth zero.
