This is my first go round with warrants. If I hold them for, say, 2 months then convert them to common, do the first two months count toward the holding period of the common for tax purposes?

Ok will you look and the time and sells ... there was selling to ... and a lot of it. it is not back at .12 -.15 because it is slowly getting worked on. Nothing is going to happen over night.

day traders are not going to exercise the warrants they are going to day trade them, that means buying and selling where investors will. Just have to get more investors.

Me I am doing some day trade and I am accumulating still. But that is me.
