Why would you feel sorry for me and my family, DCF? Thanks for not getting mad at me anymore, though.

I have to say that if your minister preaches hatred of homosexuals, and that is your church doctrine, you have some responsibility for all the hate crimes that are committed against homosexuals, just as everyone in Europe who did nothing to help the Jews bears some responsibility for the Holocaust, and as we are all somewhat responsible for what happens around us. You don't have to be picketing Barry Goldwater's funeral yourself to be part of creating a climate of hatred which ends in some people feeling that they can beat gay guys to death with baseball bats, because their church teaching is anti-homosexual. I certainly cannot imagine Jesus participating in picketing against homosexuals, or participating in any hate crimes at all.

There are homosexual sites of every sort under the sun, just as there are heterosexual sites of every variety. Certainly, the heterosexual pornographic ones outweigh the homosexual ones. A lot of homosexual sites are religious in nature--I could post some urls if you want to see them. And I could also show you tons of conservative Christians sites that are all about militia groups, the KKK, and white supremacy in general. So no group has any particular hold on correct, legal, or loving behavior.
