Sarcasm and insults? As opposed to "Dans of the day" on the silly Apple suit? Back to basics. Why do you think that the Apple suit, which hinged on copyright law and this secret contract thing between Apple and Microsoft, is at all similar to the broad antitrust action Microsoft is now facing? Which, by the way, is totally different from the narrow consent decree action that's now largely irrelevant? I don't see any similarity at all, but I'm naive high school civics guy, not cheesy debate tactics guy. Cheers, Dan.
