Hello everybody... Anyone for trying to answer a few off the wall questions that have been bouncing around in my head...

1) Does anyone know how the float is actually calculated?

2) What happens to the individual who does not cover by July 1st. For instance, lets say Mr.X shorted millions of shares ILLEGALY through Canada. He's been on vacation in Greece spending all that money he's made. He is unaware that the company is changing names and that he will be required to cover. He comes home July 2nd... He didn't cover in time. What happens?

3) I'm assuming that PKGP can no longer be shorted illegaly. Is this correct?

4) If there are 37 million shares outstanding, and warrants are paid to these shares, does this actually dilute the stock? Couldn't there potentially be 74 million shares if all the warrants were exchanged (this is assuming a 1 to 1 exchange ratio)?

Holding 55,000 shares(and growing)...VERY LONG....
