No worries about the 144's. Those shares are from ex-insiders/directors. Have to remember that until Sept/Oct '97 MIDL was practically an empty shell. Therefore the 144's prior to then don't count for anything. Arcon (and the MIDL we know today) reverse-merged in January '98, another company (New Departure) kept the shell warm from Sept/Oct 97 to January '98. The 144 in Feb '98 is from a former insider. Don't think there are that many more shares, if any, that ex-insiders/directors have, but I could be wrong. Kurt

Yep ... we all knew that because to ex insiders and all the existing mangement was replaced in January but Wayne Duke. I cannot pull it up becuase system is not responding. I guess if 144s scare you then I can understand but ex management is going to file 144s expecially the two in October that have legal problems and no employment that left long before Arcon came into the picture. Hey part of it. Does not change the DF-144 and all. Again I am an investor not a trader. I do rollers and support my longs. The news releases say it all and I guess I should run for the high ground because of a 144 3 months ago. I think I can live with it and since another one has not been filed I guess they sold already. The stock went up to $2.625 and BTS or get out of the common was done. I however have rode it up and down a few times and I have not BTSed to get back my inital. I believe in what they got ... Simple as that. GB GB
