Also agree that the news release is positive. It does state that Swede has a lot of the proper credentials that would help out the future management of the company. Also states that it would be effective after the merger is completed, so we can only think that the merger will be completed sometime in the not too distant future. I don't view this news release as anything other than an ordinary announcement of someone joining the companys board. Will be looking forward to hearing about the other company operations and completion of merger. Dave
