I called the company about 6 weeks ago. They have a public relations firm answering questions. I asked the person why the merger didn't go through. He said WWWC wouldn't give them an audit required by the agreement and required by the exchange. He also said they have two or three companies they were talking to. Nothing solid yet. Sounds like a good idea to start a thread on USAG. Their telephone number was on one of their reports.
