Wes.

What do you think I have been screaming about? Four weeks ago,
JV came to me in a panic. He was scared to death that he might
be going to jail and he would be fined one million bucks. He
didn't give a rat's ass if the company was going to be fined.
He wanted his butt covered. (If you don't believe what I'm saying
call Mike Ward at Smith & Ure in LA). When I found out what
was going on with the name change situation, I was SCREAMING
at JV and Cliff Casey. All of the sudden the turds started
popping up everywhere. I told JV and Cliff Casey that my job
isn't legal. My job was to raise capital, look for mergers and
deal with brokers. I couldn't do it all. Cliff Casey is the
attorney, I'm not and JV was to have to seen to it that this
sh#% was covered! About the same time, JV came to me and said,
wouldn't it be great if we just had a company that just had
money. Then, I realized that he and Cliff had been playing me
along and I was the fool! On top of that, I found out that the
Hartmans were granted their judgement and we had no claim for
a countersuit because of Cliff Casey hadn't presented an inadequate
answer. The judge ruled in favor of the Hartmans.
What other sh#% is in the pile, I don't know. But since
they left two weeks ago, the company was slapped with another
judgement because JV & Cliff Casey didn't bother to submit a
response. On top of that, Cliff Casey was sanctioned on another
case he was handling for JV, and JV & his wife Kathleen
have a personal judgement on them. This is why I was served
with my walking papers. The toilet was starting to overflow
and I was screaming about it!

Jack:

Oh, I will freely admit that I have tried to give current management every benefit of the doubt because I was so glad they finally took some action to cut their ties to FIG/IWIC.

As I've said before, it was always a possibility of just being tweedle dum and tweedle dee; what I meant by my PS to you is that now there is no question in my mind... it IS tweedle dum and tweedle dee.

I have little hope of Joe calling that shareholders meeting in time to do anything. Mario alone theoretically has enough stock, so there must be problem. JL's track record in matters of timely action also speaks for itself. Maybe Jayne's will be better.

And if JV made the name change without a shareholders meeting, what is to prevent him from making a deal with Dennis Casey and screw whether the shareholders agree or not?

Don't forget we may all find ourselves in JL's camp after all..whether you like it or not. I assume JL that you have had your SEC attorney contact Dallas about these possibilities?

Even though emotionally I agree with you that they all gotta go
it is never quite so simple to do...at least in time.
