Patrick,

I only follow a few companies through my subscription to SW, and most of them are not promoted much, so I guess I haven't seen what you describe. Their coverage of KRY is somewhat biased from what I've seen, but not necessarily wrong. I agree that VenNews is editorial in nature and yes, I do put it in the same category as SW and Asensio since I don't know Mr. Carson and I am not sure at this point who is right and who is wrong.

I don't read SH so I haven't read your opinions over there, but it sounds like you still take a balanced view. It's good to hear that the level of posting there has come out of the gutter.

Whether or not a ruling comes this week, next week or next month, the outcome will take some time to unfold completely, ie. before a single oz of gold is extracted. Their even appears to be some uncertainty about what the ruling is expected to be about, ie. final-end-of-story or next-step-"trial/adminstrative process"!

Your last sentence is precisely why I am skeptical of KRY's chances. There is just too much confusion as to what this legal case is all about (in spite of what the "experts" around here say). Every thread needs someone to question the accepted beliefs to keep balance in the discussion. Otherwise innocent people are swept over the cliff as the lemmings head full tilt for the sea. Good to hear that you still maintain an independent view. Cheers.
