Companies that provide network services seem to be valued on subscribers and EBITDA, not earnings. Break out those figures and compare them to the rest of the sector. The theory is that it costs billions to build these systems, but positive cash flow will eventually produce good earnings for a company which now owns important infrastructure.

I may not agree, but the market didn't ask me when they start valuing companies this way.
