>Check out the number of advances vs. declines today on both exchanges. SICK<

Diamond, actually I've been watching it everyday because a bearish divergence has developed in the advance/decline line. Although today's numbers aren't pretty, I think they're the best I've seen in awhile: NYSE 14/15, NAZ 19/23.

I think it's critical to see if the a/d line turns up here or breaks down. Check the chart:

Good Luck,
OO7

We are getting what we deserve. We have invested in the rotted remains of once thriving vital biological populations. Think of it, each drop of oil had a mother that loved it. We are feeding off of death and despair. Ugly stuff, oil. It's like selling your ancestors bones.

There, don't you feel better now!

<<who hence forth will be referred to as "Shorty" (as in short big time) >>

Given our collective obsession with certain off-color off-topic topics, that was a brave statement to make. Further I saith not.

The market timer who manages my IRA is both fast on his feet and makes very nice profits. He left the market Friday 5/29 [he was also in cash 2 days before the big blowoff in Hong Kong and missed the Jan. '98 downturn of >3%]. He doesn't like divergences...... The way a number of these stocks closed today, looked like more down tomorrow.
