TO ALL:: just wanna share something quick then off to bed for rest for tomorrow.. today was a crazy trading day... even those of us who are "HOLDING STRONG" and claim that everyone else who sells is the "weak hands".. it does get hard from time to time to keep the emotion out.. I found myself talking about maybe selling half my shares tomorrow cuz "what if things go bad"... no one likes to see their stocks move down.. no one likes watching money slip away.. not if you're long on a stock anyway... well, I got home.. called some of my partners and went back and read some of the key posts by BILL L and Macker and Rocketman.. and even some by myself.. then read the press releases... guess what, if I was to sell tomorrow.. I'd be falling into that emotional trap that sometimes is easy to fall into.. nothing has changed in the last 2 days to justify a lower stock price.. the buys today were 3 to 1 over the sells.. yet we came down... this isn't the time for me to consider selling.. it's time to take advantage of the prices and pick up more if the funds are there.. We were at 50cents a few days ago .. nothing fundamentally warranted the stock dropping from 80cents to 50cents like it did.. thus, we came back and are now well over $1.00; I think the upward trend will continue... guess I'm rambling.. just saying that it's easy to come online and say , "Don't worry.. HOLD STRONG.. DON'T SELL".. but even those of us that are very confident in this stock let the emotional stuff get the best of us from time to time.. good thing it happened to me AFTER trading hours.. cuz when I panic like that during trading hours I usually sell and then later regret it... sold INFE at 31cents.. now at what $5.00 or something like that.. just 5 or 6 weeks later.. you do the math.. going to bed.. be back tomorrow focusing on the company and not my emotion... we all know there are risks.. but best thing to do is write down the reasons you like the stock... write down the reasons you don't.. if the good outweighs the bad.. then why not get in and hold.. as more good news comes out.. add more to the good side.. vice versa if bad news comes out.. as long as there's more good things.. then best thing to do is to set a realistic goal for the stock and really try hard to stick to your game plan.. if the stock moves up one day and down the next 2 days.. don't worry.. if the good still outweighs the bad.. chances are other people will agree and pick up more shares.. INFE I got in at 16cents and it went to 32cents.. sold at 31cents.. cuz the news I was expecting didn't come out and got delayed.. I worried what if the stock does back down.. well it did.. it went back down to 20cents.. fundamentally nothing had changed.. then guess what from 20cents to $5.00 practically a straight climb up... what happened?? I didn't trade based on the DD.. I trade based on my negative emotions and doubts... I don't have the secret for keeping emotion out of trading your hard earned money... just wanted to share my thoughts/feelings with you all tonight... my shares in ICVI aren't goin anywhere.. and if they do I'll certainly post.. it's nice to see others are keeping their focus.. reminded me that I should be lucky to be with such a good group.. even if you all are still posting to that Mr. F guy.. good night. anyone actually read this whole post... jeez?? sorry this was sooooooooo friggin long. I really wish everyone the best. take care jim
