Wes, You're right. All we've heard from Lanza and FIG over the last year is everything is great; $15 to $18 million in 1998; Just wait for CLEC status; the ONLY real problem for the stock price is Andy Proctor. BUY BUY BUY. BLAH BLAH BLAH. Now it seems Proctor is the least of our problems. TJS

Wes. HOLD IT RIGHT THERE! How in the hell was I suppose to know all this shit? When you have an attorney on the Board who is suppose to be handling all this crap, you would think it was done. I don't see every document that came to Joe Vigliarolo. I didn't have the damn check book in my desk and I didn't sign on the checks either! I thought the name change had been done. I didn't know about it until JV came in my office in frantic and THEN wanted me to cover his ass! As you damn well know, I have been trying to get a company in to acquire Airstar so it would run like it should. When I started to SCREAM at the Board and tell them to get their ass in gear or I would call a shareholders meeting and vote them out, THEY PACKED UP MY OFFICE AND LEFT!!! Then, they TERMINATED ME! So now, what are we looking at! Yeah, I should have been watching the situation closer, that I will take the blame for. My hands were tied and now I'm telling you Wes, the shareholders have to do something about this if they want it to change. I'm not going to hold back! So we can scream and yell back and forth and at the same time JV is clicking right along with Airstar. So what do you want me to do, YOU TELL ME! I'm ready to go to war, I can do it alone or you can come along side, but I'm not going to sit back and wait for you guys to make up your mind! They aren't going to piss this company down the toilet because they think I'm some dumb fat ass!
