With the known liens and lawsuits, it would seem that RMIL is also a good candidate for bankruptcy, as you said what company would want to merge and assume the liabilities of RMIL ?

TC: The thing that RMIL may have going for it, is simple.
Too many shares sold. (If this is the case)
That is an asset.
