For a crash course DD on United Systems Technologies, Inc. [USTI] here are some links:

SEC FILINGS HISTORY:

CHART:

This 20 year-old company currently has over 1500 customers, consisting primarily of cities. 60 pct of revenue is from maintaining the computer systems in these cities. 15 pct of revenue is from the sale of custom designed software [UNIX and Windows NT] to these cities. Company has developed about 30 software systems. These include: Financial Systems to be used by city managers, etc]; Public Works [utilities, etc]; General Administration [vehicles, inventory, etc]; Public Safety [courtrooms, jails, alarms, dispatch, etc]; Civil Processing [legal service, Sheriff, etc].

They have recently developed new financial, personnel and public works software that "looks and work like Microsoft Office." These will be distributed beginning 2nd quarter 98. [hello?] Company has most recently released a Year 2000 solution for installed systems. Software sells for about 20k per piece installed.

USTI also trains users on-site and online and also sells computer hardware and hand-held computers [meter readers, etc].

This should give everyone a head-start in DD on United Systems Tech.
