Spoke to IR today. Very low key which I liked. I asked when the 100M merger would complete. IR said shortly but could not give specific date. I asked if the stock would be valued at a higher price due to the merger. She said that it depends on how "the market would react" in a very upbeat tone. Said that she could not predict stock price. IR's low-key, non-hype approach caused me to buy the stock today. I received a call from someone earlier in the day. Caller said that merger would be completed within a week. Caller was not directly from the company. J
