An important comment, I know of at least one fellow Vivus poster who lost a lot of money by being margined out after Vivus was pushed down below 8. If the SEC finds that this security was illegally shorted then anyone who was margined out and lost money is entitled to a full refund(and add pain and suffering) from the market maker(s) who allowed the illegal shorting of unavailable stock. If such is the case, any long on this board is welcome to send me a personal message and I will advise on how to obtain good legal council to resolve your problem.
