Hello Wayne, With respect To NYRR my price recommendation is based on the following: 1)The Conrail Merger- I believe that NYRR will generate additional revenue from this action. I have been in contact with various individuals that are involved in making this merger become reality... Both the price increase in the stock and the massive increase in the volume is related in part to insider action of traders that also feel the merger will have a positive effect on NYRR; 2)political implications at both the state and local level- My contacts are taking a very proactive position to insure that a intergrated rail network is implemented in new York city---there is no quesition that NYRR will be a part of this action.... There are other reasons for my recommendation which I will explain later...right now I want to get a cup of coffee and set on the deck and talk to meat head. Let me say that there are a lot of smart people on the NYRR thread...a lot smarter than I ever will be... Im at a point in my life where I don't want to worry anymore...and I don't have to!!!.... I did not like the comments of Robert Martin because mr. Martin has never contributed anything to the NYRR thread. What he thinks of me...I could care less. I deal in investments. Im a stock Trader...Some times the things I say You may not like...But I have been in this business many years Im not right all the time ie: VVUS...but Im right most of the time...and because of that I don't have to worry anymore...Im going out side...have a good day JG
