Andreas, I think it is very important to consider that the CFO of Vivus claimed that Vivus is working on developing an oral pill. It is now public record for all to see. With the last class action suit still pending, can this guy be so stupid as to make a statement that the company can not back up? That being said, I expect that at least ONE anal_yst will now say something to the effect, "OK now let's hear more about the pill that you said Vivus is working on." It would be corporate suicide for Yntema to make this statement and then have nothing to back it up. I would at least expect the following information: 1)Has a unique compound been formulated or discovered? 2)Who is heading the research and where is it being conducted. Fair enough?
