Floyd,

I suggested quite some time ago that all thread participants should write to TFS and Jeff Buchanan CFO, and indicate their displeasure with the way this stock is handled by the specialist. If you have not done so to this point, it is in your best interest. It is very difficult for a company to "change" specialists on the NYSE. I feel strongly about this and the other shareholders should too.

Did anyone else notice the market for TFS was frequently quoted 200 shares up today? It is ridiculous for a specialist on the NYSE to make markets of only 200 shares.

Floyd---Thank you for a simple clear understanding of what should
occur at the NYSE, and an explanation of why we are seeing such
poor handling of a fine company such as TFS.
