HOLD tight today.. if Ken's right (and I'll say that we've been hearing rumors for days now about news coming sometime soon.. possibly today) , then this stock is definately due to make a run to higher prices... rumors also now circulating that more news could be coming early next week or maybe sooner.. REMEMBER: if the stock hits $1 1/8 then that will trigger a major acquisition for EDII... which will further add significant value to the book value of the stock... let's see what the company can produce.. but HOLD TIGHT fellow Rocketeer-wanna-be's... hehe those that are TOPDOGgers already know to HOLD or ACCUMULATE if you believe in the company.. some of you may feel the need to wait to be sure news is out.. so let's see if the company can give us more reasons to invest here.. again, never any guarantees on news.. so today.. tomorrow.. whatever, but the indications sure are strong that the company has at least 4 major issues to address with us.. 1) largest mineral/oil find in 50years found 200yards from EDII's property.. not only adds value to their land.. but it's possilbe that some of the oil/mineral find could also extended onto EDII's property.. more tests have to be conducted I'm sure 2) Currently working on another acquisition 3) Filed to be become fully reporting.. financials ending Dec 31,1997 are already done and audited and are very good I'm told 4) If stock hits 1 1/8 then they get to do another major acquisition These statements are general in nature because the company of course can't share details with us... the first 3 are imminent and we expect news on all 3 very soon.. probably in separate press releases.. the 4th issue depends on investor support.. so HOLD STRONG or move on. this is NOT a stock to daytrade. jim
