Peg, Carole and the committee, Doubletree sounds great to me also. Does the special rate apply if we come in on Thursday? Is there a "password" we give when making reservations or will that info be on the questionnaire? I'll be out of touch June 9-25 unless I find a computer on line in Florida. The preliminary plans sound good-thanks again. Tom
