Nice post, RUSS.... many poster have sent PM's and all pretty much echo those sentiments..... it may not be possible to make this thing work real well, but it's already a whole lot better than before.

SOME COMMENTS...
Daytraders most agree, ruin the technicals of good stocks (not just bad ones) when they dump. Sometimes for weeks or months... all momentum is killed. Can be pretty upsetting.

The little guy cannot make a buck on P&D (pump and dump) usually. The big boys can get in early with large positions and never lose... guess who does lose?

Impressed by the co-operation today...can it possibly last?

Long term deals favor everyone better..." I can even leave my computer screen to go to work"

I don't trust anyone anymore. I wish I could

It's so nice that the BS and fighting has stopped for today

********** MY OPINION? **************
Can we make this work? IMO, yes, but not all stocks will co-operate. Just my opinion, but I think that if a stock runs too fast, it makes it harder to convince others to hold on, but the MOST IMPORTANT THING IS TO BUY THE DIPS.....if it is a quality stock to begin with, that won;t be hard for folks to do. We also need to do much better and complete DD than we are doing. Too many times there are hidden negatives......usually massive overhang or huge unaccounted shares outstanding or low priced options that, when exercised, could cause serious dilution.

Just some feedback,
DAVE

BTW, the most important comment? "we need to focus on 1-2 STOCKS!"

*** HOW TRUE! ****

Several said....
Too many of the leaders on SI buy way too many stocks at once and de-focus and fragment the buying....no way can this new alliance succeed if they do that.

The question is, can certain individuals be entertained enough by cutting back....well... they may need to... or risk losing some or most of their following, it seems to me.

But let's enjoy this.....in fact, on a postive note.....I may have the next stock play...see the next post.
