More on EXDS - they have a small float (4.5 million) and their last quarterly loss met analysts' estimates.

Check and see if they have done any discount convertible financing. If their debt is solid, be careful. Could be another CDRD, QWST, etc. The market won't pressure them to make money for a couple of years.
