How about Lu acquires ASND for ATM WAN to go against CSCO. CSCO gets CIEN to go against LU. NT gets BAY and NN to go against CSCO and LU and thus, the three Giants of LAN/WAN/DWDM. Possible?

I am thinking bigger than CS, and I am also thinking that MRVC executives are fine for now, but need time and experience at a mega-sized networking company, before trying to run one.
