Webs can sell for a premium or a discount. Most of the webs in ASEA are selling at a discount. For example look at PKF you will find the the NAV to be 4 $ but it sells for three the reason being that market discounts exchange rate uncertainities. It was for this discount that last Monday market sold off in Pakistan by 12 percent but PKF practically moved only by a 1/4. In case of rally also you will find little movements in these funds so if you are sure you are sitting somewhere around bottom you can always get into the fund.
