Things are supposed to look nasty at market bottoms. What do you
think, Wall Street knocks you on the head with a hammer and says:

Buy this bargain now! ? They want to shake out the weak holders.

Then they will run them up and make things look good. They won't knock you on the head with a hammer and tell you to sell then either.

It's late in the game to be bearish at this point.

Although since this will probably be the last gasp rally before we set up for making the 4 year cycle bottom later we will get a ragged
a-d line and you will need to pick strong stocks.

-e- is another way of saying end of message so that the headline is all you need to read.
