Michael, What is the name of the joint venture partnership? We can check back to see how many shares they had. I believe that someone has sold that number of shares recently just bases on price and volume movements. The selling has been absorbed around the 4 1/8 and 4 1/4 levels. Thanks for the info about AT&T. That is huge.

Karl

Just wondering what % of PTUS's business is Year 2000 related? Since in around 1 1/2 year the market should start steadily declining. It was pretty surprising to see in Yahoo reasearch an expected earnings of .47 for next year. Any reason for the expected big jump in 1999 from 1998 and 1997. Also do you think only temporary jump until the year 2000 business is finished.

Thanks,

John

Michael, More 144 filings on June 4. Do you know who is filing these? The stock doesn't stand a chance until this stock is sold. Thanks.

Dear Michael: You stated that "The Telco is AT&T [which has turned to PTUS for Y2K remediation] and they will not allow their name to be released in the popular press."

I have two questions. First, will PTUS simply be licensing its Y2K tools to AT&T with the telco's own staff doing the work or will PTUS be providing full remediation and testing services? As you know, "Licensing" has higher profit margins than "Other Services" work (e.g., full remediation services falls within this category). And, if the contract calls for full remediation services work, it would seem to me that the contract is so large that PTUS would be fully occupied through the end of the current millennium. Second, in Business Week (June 15,1998) there is a snippet about 14,000 AT&T managers taking advantage of a voluntary early retirement program. Is PTUS discussing the possibility of "Outsourcing" work (i.e., non-Y2K work focusing on IT productivity improvements)?

Michael, Any idea who is selling. I hope it isn't you. Any new contracts that haven't been reported yet? Have you ever suggested to management that the company do some limited buyback to get some confidence back in the stock. They could use the shares in their pension plans and options programs. Even a 100,000 sh purchase would help alot and show that management has some confidence in the future. It would also not cause too much pain on their balance sheet. I emailed Catalano today with this suggestion. Would appreciate your comments.
