Doug, Excellent post. I want to point out that since this award was just given out, it seems the first move in this chess game!<GG>
I agree that this is part of a plan and seems that the any news that could really get things moving, have been kept at bay until receiving these terms from Nasdaq.

I would like to know from those that say all companies gets this kind of special consideration from Nasdaq to back it up, by sharing any companies that they know of, that have been given this conditional listing. It may also help us to determine, if there are any pitfalls to avoid. I have never heard of a company receiving Conditional Listing, nor of Nasdaq going out of their way.
