It would be like hyper options for me..lol

And as for hedging, I never thought about the whys, but just thought of it as insurance for their portfolios, mainly puts on the S&P as safeguarding their holdings.

D_Day is about 8 hrs or so away.. getting a bit warm here...

Did you sell that weak opening up? I have been watching the PREM for about an hour, just that.. and it is what it seems to be, a mini indicator of movement. Market was at about +5, PREM went to 2.8 and the market moved to +14, and back down after the PREM showed the down arrow. S&P of course at smaller increments, but also affected. I wonder if premies on the cash are "auto" changed to reflect the motion?
